23rd-25th November Kristin and Tord Gustavsen participates on “Deilig er jorden – konserter med fortellinger om håp” church concerts in Norway, promoted by Kirkens Nødhjelp (Norwegian Church Aid). They will perform together with Gjermund Silset – bass and Rolf Olav Eide – percussion. These special evenings will also include a reading by the norwegian author Lars Saabye Christensen.

Kristin will perform at the JazzAid happening at Victoria Teater, Oslo, Tuesday 27th September, in a trio setting with Olav Torget (guitars/vocals) and Knut Aalefjær (drums). JazzAid raises funds for the humanitarian organizations Care and Sabona.
The other artists will be Tord Gustavsen/Tore Brunborg duo and The Real Thing.

Kristin will perform at Korsvei, Seljord, Wednesday 20th July as a part of Tord Gustavsen Ensemble.
On Friday 22nd July, Kristin Asbjørnsen Ensemble will perform at San Sebastian Jazzfestival (San Telmo Museum).

Kristin Asbjørnsen Ensemble performing at Stimmen Festival 9th July!
Last year Kristin and her ensemble performed the opening concert at the Stimmen Festival in Lorrach. This summer Kristin is invited back to this great festival, now performing at the open air old Roman theater Augusta Raurica in Augst/Switzerland. The concert starts at 8.30 pm.
