September 2013 will see the release of Kristin´s new solo-album (Universal-Emarcy), followed by an extended release tour in Norway, France and Germany.
These days Kristin is finishing her new album, based on new interpretations of afro-american spirituals and her own compositions. Kristin has recorded the music together with her great musicians from Kristin Asbjørnsen Ensemble (Olav Torget – guitars/konting/vocals, Gjermund Silset – bass/vocals and Knut Aalefjær – perc) and the album is produced by Anders Engen.
