Kristin’s trio heading for Frankfurt 19th October, performing at Künstlerhaus Mousonturm in collaboration with author Hanne Ørstavik.
The concert is a part of NORSK – festival für Norwegische Musik, Literatur und Performance.

11th October Kristin Asbjørnsen Trio performs at the “Jazz på Jølst 2019” – weekend in Jølster, followed by Hadeland Jazzforum in Brandbu 12th October.

4th October Kristin will perform with her trio at Rockheim – Norway’s National Museum of Popular Music in Trondheim. The concert is connected to the Soli Deo Gloria – exhibition about christianity and popular music in Norway.
The exhibition also gives attention to the work of the Afro-American singer Ruth Reese (1921-1990). Kristin was Reese’ last student. Kristin will perform both Traces Of You songs as well as interpretations of her long term work with spirituals. (med linken I arven etter ruth reese) +
